The interview procedure consisted of four stages for me:
An initial screening call with my prospective supervisor (via phone).
A one-on-one interview conducted by my future line manager (online).
Presenting my work, experience, and methods to a panel of three senior staff members, followed by a Q&A session (online).
Delivering the same presentation to the business owners, including a Q&A session (in person).
As I progressed to the presentation stages, I began feeling that the company highly valued me as a candidate. Their evident interest in potentially collaborating with me not only eased my nerves but also sparked my enthusiasm to advance further in the interview process.
The individuals involved were absolutely delightful throughout the entire process, which lasted approximately three to four weeks.
