The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications
Interview
I applied online and a recruiter reached out for a phone interview, followed by a Zoom conversation, conversation with the hiring manager and another manager. After that was a mock sales presentation and a peer to peer conversation I felt was very helpful. Finally a member of leadership then an offer. Really positive experience overall and my recruiter was really outstanding and kept me updated even when there was no real news to share at that time. Everyone was very pleasant and conversational - definitely some of the most positive interviews I've had the pleasure of being a part of.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications in Apr 2025
Interview
Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Did I have experience working with the government sector
Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.
