I applied online. I interviewed at Zoom Communications in Nov 2020
Interview
Amazing! Very attentive talent recruiter, kept me informed throughout the entire process and made it simple and easy. Process was also very quick and efficient, multiple levels of interviews done in approximately 2 weeks.

Q: In the working world of the pandemic and remote opportunities, how do you separate work from life.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2021
Interview
Standard interview process with four interviews in total, usually around 30 minutes per interviewer. Additionally, the technical recruiter will follow up before or after interviews to see how if there are any questions or concerns.
First interview was with the recruiter, which was a general overview of the role and specific skill sets applicable. Their technical recruiter is surprisingly more security savvy than any other recruiter I've spoken with thus far. It was rather refreshing to speak to a recruiter who understood the more intricate details of security operations as a whole.
The second and third interviews were with the manager and a few members of the team. More of a technical interview with questions regarding how to apply specific skillsets to scenarios. What type of tools have I used in the field and to what extent do I utilize these tools. Also some culture questions, which have become standard in the security sector, but nothing too complex
Final interview was with the head of the division, which was more of a conversation regarding goals, expectations, and any other higher level specifics regarding the operational needs.
Overall the interview process was easy going and refreshing. I enjoyed every conversation I had with the team and they had no issues when I said I didn't know something or wasn't sure. The recruiter checked in fairly often to see how I was doing and was very professional in answering any questions or concerns.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (Bengaluru)
Interview
It was smoothly went for my 1st round and interview panel informed about the next steps. But after 2 weeks still theres no response from HR end. I didnt expect such informal behaviour from a reputed company. Atleast they should inform about whether i qualified or not.
DONT MAKE CANDIDATES TO WAIT AND FALSE HOPE
