The interview process consisted of:
1. A 2-on-1 Zoom video call with two recruiters
2. A 2-on-1 Zoom video call with the two hiring managers
3. A series of 4 45-min interviews with key business partners, ERG leaders, talent experience managers, and the head of DEI
The recruiters managing the process were all incredibly helpful and flexible. For the final interviews, I had an emergency business-critical meeting and Hailee was quick to help me reschedule.
All interviews were run with a templated set of questions to be consistent and fair between interviewees. Every interviewer was helpful in clarifying questions as necessary, and they were happy to answer my questions honeestly and elaborately.
