Great communication from beginning to end. Took about 3 weeks total. 3 rounds. Spoke with the recruiter, then 2 people from the team, then the hiring manager. Overall great experience. They decided to go with another candidate that had more technical experience for that role.

Applied for this Job almost 2 months back and there was no update till today and now got the response saying already interview is over, but I haven't got any call for the interview. How can you send rejection mail even before interviewing? With this kind of process and response, how you expected us to apply for other jobs in future in your company?
