I applied in October of 2024. In early January I received an email/text from Zoe the virtual scheduler to schedule an interview with a recruiter. I scheduled the interview and the day of, when I tried to log in, I was given an error. With the scheduled interview, I was given the name of the recruiter, but no contact info. After 10-15 minutes I tried to reschedule through the virtual schedule, but was prompted there were no times left and it was cancelled. It was a bit frustrating as I was very interested in the role. There was no way to contact the recruiter, so I tried a few combinations of email addresses, but everything bounced back. I understand the benefit of using the virtual scheduler, but it would help to have a way to contact someone when an issue connecting comes up.
