I had initially applied for a different role earlier in 2022 and lost out to an internal candidate at the time. I reached out to Heather Campbell on LinkedIn and told her how excited I was for a chance to work at ZoomInfo and she immediately got to work putting me in touch with her team and got me set up with an interview the next day. I went through one phone screen interview, and two Zoom interviews before being offered the position. The entire process took about 5 days, and went really smooth. I'm really thankful Heather made it a point to make sure I got put in touch with the hiring team so quickly!

I had a short phone interview with HR. Mainly learned more about the role, and discussed my work experience. For my in person interview, it lasted about an hour. We discussed the role more in depth, I went over my experience, and all of my questions were answered. Then we did a role play scenario, showing my ability to make a pitch over the phone.
