Very selective process. First thing was an assessment before anyone reached out to me. After I completed that, a recruiter reached out to set up an initial screen. Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process. Next call was a 30 minute Zoom with the hiring manager, followed by another 30 minute Zoom with the director. The manager was great, but the director didn't seen particularly engaged in the conversation. The final step is a role play with the two of them. They don't give a ton of guidance, but they recommend you structure it in the DEAL format (Discover, Educate, Align, Lock). That said, the feedback that I got was that they would have rather me start with an overview of the product, before getting into the discovery portion which runs counter not only to their instructions but most sales training that I've encountered.
