Recruiter phone screen went great, Was told I'd hear back by the end of the week. Three weeks later, nothing. Sent an email asking if I got ghosted, and got an email AND text the next day. Recruiter gave me the "it's just crazy around here" line and let me know they filled the role internally. Awesome. Dear companies, if you are going to hire internally don't string external candidates along for a month. Thanks. PS, this was the second time getting ghosted by Zoominfo, so I should have expected it.

Overall process was straightforward and not overwhelming. It might have changed but I only had two formal interview sessions, outside of the initial phone screen. Offer was sent out within a week or so.
