First HR call. Then a first interview but not really technical, was more a great conversation about technologies and then “pair programming “. One person watching you while you are coding. I passed everything and they were really happy with my results. After a couples day I received a default email that I was not selected. No reason, no feedback. You waste your time and you don’t know even the reason. Really sad.
