Ghosted... The recruiter reached out to me directly about the position and was on top of answering all questions, responding to emails and was positive. Next I spoke with the hiring manager and had a positive interview experience as well. When I didn't hear back and followed up on the next steps, there was no reply. It has been 3 months.
