Had a recruiter phone screen, then 2 separate interviews with potential reports, then a presentation, THEN a panel with 6 people over the course of multiple days. None of this was actually disclosed up front, with every step I passed they would divulge the next steps. Just weird. Then after all that- I didn’t hear from anyone for 5 weeks! Finally reached out for an update and for a decline email the following day. I reached out again to get feedback- radio silence!
