Overall, the interview process consisted of 4 rounds through about a 2 month period: an initial recruiter phone interview, a video interview with a direct report (TL), a video interview with a panel of Leads, and a 'final' video interview with a SLT member. They were very informative, very professional, and a great team to interview with. The issue was with the lack of consistent communication and follow up. After being in constant communication with them for months through the interview process, they did not have the professional courtesy to let me know they had selected a different candidate, provide me any feedback on my interview process, nor have the decency to respond to my direct email asking for a follow up. Instead, I was sent an auto-rejection email for a position I hadn't even been interviewing for, but had applied for months previously. Overall, a great team internally, but their recruitment personnel need a lesson in professionalism, especially after dedicating months of my time to them and considering them as a relocation position.
