Zoox Sr. Technical Program Manager interview questions

Applied online. Recruiter reach out to me immediately after submitting my application and requested to provide my availability. We scheduled a call but recruiter didn't show up. I sent an email to convey my acceptance as urgent matter can come up sometime. recruiter didn't respond for a week and then suggested to schedule for another day(he didn't apologize for his behavior). Second time again, he didn't show up neither replied to me. This is very humiliating for candidate. Also, it show how the people have been recruited in the company and what culture they are carrying.
