They are not professional. Just talk about themselves and you talk about yourselves. The process are too easy to be real. It makes you feel too confident to get unreal job.

Got the job as I worked with hiring manager in a previous company. Interview was to talk me into taking the job. Process was very quick and efficient and everyone very friendly. After I accepted they moved very quick to get me to start.
