Submitted CV and submitted written questions initially. Interview was a standard competency based interview with a slight lean towards your chosen department with some of the questions specialised towards what the company does.

One step process. General interview questions. The interviewers were friendly. It was a 1 hour interview, with possibility to ask questions at the end. They contacted me in 2 weeks with the results.
