Zscaler Manager, Customer Success interview questions

The interview process was very long. There were Several interviews and two presentations with very little notice to prepare between. I met with probably 15 different people and probably spent 5-7 hours interviewing.

It was for the US region and I went through 2 rounds where first they shared wrong information on which I prepared the slides for presentation and panelists asked me to create another one with the right information they gave. The second round again was for a presentation round where they asked me to create a pitch for zscaler. Questions were asked regarding zscaler which did not make sense as we had not been working for that organisation yet they were asking about it. I feel that they don't ramp up training internally and expect that we should be knowing everything pre joining the org. Feedback: focus on presentation skills regardless of zscaler pitch only. And second, value others'time.
