I got an interview invite through LinkedIn. In the very first call, the HR gave some gyan about the company and their product. He spent few minutes in analyzing my profile - resume and portfolio, what kind of work I did earlier and what they are looking for.
The second round was with CEO and CTO of the company. Some basic questions and walkthrough of the projects in my portfolio. It was pretty simple compared to others who ask to design an application to filter out the candidates without even spending few minutes to explain about that company.
They spent some time in understanding my work model and design process.
