Was a short 15 minute interview over teams. Very casual but interviewer was professional and to the point. They shared a lot about the position and the work culture and was very open to questions I had.

This was only for the phone screening interview, but it was fairly conversational and straightforward. The in-person interview still must be performed. It was over the internet, asking non-technical questions about work experiences and general behavior regarding tasks and productivity.
