Initial 45-minute phone screening, followed by a virtual 1:1 with Hiring Manager and then 1:1 with key senior stakeholder. It was unclear whether there would be another interview round or if I finished the entire interview process. The people themselves were great to meet and got me excited for the work at a mission driven organization. Unfortunately, the communication following my last interview was a huge disappointment. Considering this is a consulting firm, there should be a high caliber for follow-up but this fell flat. I followed up twice over the course of 3 weeks with radio silence. Lastly, I noticed that the position was removed from their Careers webpage before I completed my third interview. I thought this was unusual - removing a position online when interviews were actively occurring.
