Very laid back process, it was a conversational interview. The manager and I found common ground, discussed movies and my work experience. I wore a sweater, nice pants, and nice shoes. I think the manager appreciated that I looked presentable.

The interview process was really quick, it felt more like a formality once they knew they liked me and I was an ok fit. There's no need to be nervous going into it.
