7 Competency questions and 2 games. The 7 questions allowed a prep time which usually was around 30 seconds and 3 retries for each question. All of the questions were competency-based questions, such as describing a time you had to overcome a challenge within a group.

Mix of interview questions and rank actions based on given scenario. Interview questions are about what you would in certain scenarios and your opinions about certain statements. Overall it was no too hard, no need to prepare just speak your mind.
