The HR recruiter was terrible, never returned calls and even scheduling emails were delayed. A telephonic interview went okay and a half day worth of interviews (extremely tedious) went on deaf ears. For the amount of time invested in the interviews, a feedback from HR post interview would have been fair, but no such luck. HR still remains elusive. Also felt the interviewers tried to get information of systems without any enthusiasm in the candidate.
We appreciate the feedback as we continue to improve our scheduling, video interviews and feedback processes. A positive candidate experience is very important to us especially as we continue to grow in the current environment.
