Interview
1. Sacks Completion Test
2. 4-5 items of Programming Questions. Easy questions. Your usual college programming course Machine Problems.
3. Interview with the executives. Interview is easy is easy. They'll just ask your usual "Tell me something about yourself, that is not on your resume". The rest of interview is getting to know you. They'll feel you, if you suit the company's environment, and gauge your personality.
4. If everything in the interview goes well, you will receive a call.
If you fail your programming test, you will not be called for an interview.

2. 4-5 easy programming problems.
You can either answer with an actual code, or only the algorithm (pseudocode) to solve the problem. What is important is you can demonstrate the logic of how it would be solve.
If you will answer with an actual code, you can use any programming language that you want: Javascript, C, C++, java, etc., BUT you CANNOT use predefined functions or method like Array.sort()
