ada Commercial Associate interview questions

There were two interview sessions in total. HR and hiring manager. The interview with HR was fine, just asked for some basic phone screening questions. However, during the second interview with the hiring managers, they seemed disinterested and unengaged, displaying a lack of respect for me as a candidate. Recognizing the negative dynamics of the interview, I decided to conclude the conversation as I felt it was not a conducive environment to showcase my skills and experience. The overall experience left me feeling undervalued and unimportant as a candidate.
