One thing they asked me was, "Can you describe a time you faced a challenge at work and how you handled it?" I shared an example about a project deadline that was at risk due to a team communication issue. I explained how I stepped in to facilitate clearer coordination, reassigned tasks based on team strengths, and we delivered on time. They seemed interested in how I approach problem-solving and teamwork.
