I applied online. I interviewed at adidas (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2017
Interview
Applied through Adidas website- was contacted via email by a recruiter about 2-3 weeks after applying, a phone interview was scheduled and spoke with the recruiter (phone call was about 40 minutes long)
Then within a week was again, communicated via email for a second interview. Second interview was with the hiring manager and the recruiter. They were lovely and very relatable and relaxed. Asked fundamental questions pertaining to the position I have applied for and also gave me sufficient time to ask questions of my own. Was contacted within 5 business days with outcome of position
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at adidas (London, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
applied online - took a month to get back to me. after phone interview I was offered a place in a group interview two weeks later.
group interview was split into two halves of the day - first half was a group task & presentation.
then after lunch they let 4 people go (8 people in total) I got through to the next phase which has an interview. had to wait a very long time for them to get round to me which meant I spent a total of 9 hours at their head offices which is the longest interview process I have ever had.
Was told that all applicants successful or not will receive a call in a couple of weeks with feedback.
never received any call.
I emailed to ask for feedback (assuming I didn't get the job as I never heard anything) was told they wont give info via email - only call - they never called which I feel is quite rude considering how much time I was there and the constant reassurances that I would receive feedback.
