Interview
Interview was relaxed, asked questions and me and what I'm interested in then talked about what my role would be in the store and expected jobs. It was a one on one interview so it was relatively straight forward to answer the required questions.
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
