I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Boston, MA) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview was great. Less formal than most and the hiring manager gave off a relaxed and casual vibe. The company is very team-oriented and the interviewer reflected that. I really enjoyed speaking to her and we had a lot in common
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at adidas (Herzogenaurach)
Interview
Pretty long and Human Re took long, difficult to negotiate the salary and other benefits. Overall a good process but it can be certainly improved in the future shortening comm time with candidates.
