The interview process with adidas was very pleasant and smooth. They were very timely and did not keep me in the dark in-between the two interviews I had with them. Firstly, there was a video interview. Although it was my first time to do such "save your answers" type of interview I did not feel anxious or nervous as they previously shared a blog post and some how-to-do articles. They also give you two questions to practice and to get used to the technology. Secondly, I had a Skype interview with future team-members/managers. They were really great people and I was impressed how much they actually cared about me as a person and how excited they were about their positions. I really enjoyed talking to them.
