I applied online through the adidas career postings site and a month afterwards conducted a video recording interview with prompted questions. I heard back maybe two months afterwards that I was moving forward in the process with a casual informational phone call interview with my potential team manager, which was then followed by a behavioral interview over video with a handful of representatives on the team to go over my relevant experience. None of the interviews were conducted on-site.
