Was quick and straightforward. Questions weren't too difficult and they were friendly in all interactions. The interview process was primarily completed over Microsoft Teams. This made it easy to complete in a comfortable remote environment.
In person interview at store with basic entry level job question. After the interview they will give you a call with an offer. The interview process was very typical for a retail job.

You will be asked a series of questions regarding your experience, knowledge, and overcoming obstacles. Basically, Adidas wants to know: Why should we hire you? What do you know? What can you do for us? Are you a good fit for our store/company? You'll have a relatively informal conversation with two managers. Dress well (in some Adidas apparel) and be presentable/clean cut. Do not wear a competitors clothing or shoes (e.g. nike).
