It was a brief video interview where they some basic questions such as why I was applying for this position with them. They also tested my language skills, asking several questions in a particular language and asking me to respond as best as I could in that language.

What can you tell me about Addidas? Why do you want to work for Addidas?
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
