Interview
It was a group interview where a question was asked in front of everyone and anyone could answer the question. The interview was very short and it seemed to me if you answered all of the questions without any red flags they were hiring you regardless of experience.
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
