1.- Contacto vía telefónico para acordar fecha y hora para la entrevista online. 2.- Formato de entrevista común, háblanos un poco de ti, experiencia en el sector, tus habilidades. Preguntas de la reclutadora para conocer el nivel profesional en el que te encuentras y que tan preparado vas a la entrevista. Caso práctico: una situación en tienda donde tienes que resolver un problema. 3.- Tiempo de hacer preguntas, aclarar detalles y resolver tus dudas.

¿Por qué deberíamos contratarte? ¿Por qué no deberíamos contratarte?
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
