The interview process was friendly, Most of it was onlin and met with multiple stakeholders (including senior management). A business case preparation and presentation was requested (online).
TA/HR provided consistent follow-up thoughout the interview process, and regular feedback was shared.

Detailiert aber strukturiert. Einige Detailfragen die auch weiter in die Tiefe gingen. Es geht auch viel im den culture match. Es wird darauf geachtet dass man ins Team passt aber auch gleichzeitig abliefern kann.

Application Process takes long from submitting application to interview. Interview itself come with a case study that I need to prep two days prior the interview. Presentation was good and questions as well.
