Really smooth process - great interview with an aptitude test. Interviewed by the Payroll Manager and the HR / Payroll Director in a relaxed atmosphere. Interview was on time and quality questions were asked. I was also given a detailed overview of the business and the strategic outlook for the Payroll department and the company.

Interview
It was really smooth and joyful, almost like having a conversation with friends. The board introduce the company and the position to me, and then asked me some questions. I have a writing test after the interview, and it lasted for about an hour.
