I was brought in for a 3 hour interview. I was put in a glass room to do a test. Then someone came to interview me and gave me a scenario in which I was going to review. They left me and never came back. I finally got up and tried to find the person to let them know that I was leaving. Horrible experience.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at alligatortek (Oakbrook Terrace, IL) in July 2018
Interview
1. Submit application/resume
2. 30-minute screening call
3. 30-minute logic exam
4. 3-hour business case exercise
5. 2-hour personal interviews
6. 2-hour in-depth career history interview
The process was not easy and very thorough, but by the end of it the company was sure I would be a good fit and I was equally sure the company was going to be a good fit for me. Highly recommended.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for a company like Alligatortek?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at alligatortek (Oak Brook, IL) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied for the Business Development Manager position via one of the job boards. Within a day or two, a phone interview was scheduled with the Operations Manager. The initial call was a typical phone screen to review work experience and determine if there might be a good fit for both of us. The call went well and a second phone interview was set up with the CEO. This call also went very well and resulted in an interview being scheduled in their Oak Brook Terrace office.
When I arrived on-site for the interview, I immediately noticed the atmosphere being warm, friendly, and professional. After quick introductions I was asked to complete an assessment. This was more of an IQ/logic type of assessment. Then I met with a series of individuals in one of the conference rooms. I met with two BDM's, the Operations Manager, the Director of Application Development, and the CEO. In my opinion, this was the ideal way to do face-to-face interviews, as I left with a really good sense of the company and its culture. If my memory serves me, the entire process was completed in just over three hours.
