After applying with my CV&Cover Letter, I was invited to a phone call with HR Manager, then on site interview with Finance lead and one of the founders. They were helpful in the interview.

They asked me a lot about my duty`s in my current work place. Also there was a simple excel test(assessing your ability to use vlookups&pivot table etc.)
