arroHealth Remote Medical Coder interview questions

Two phone interviews, after successful completion of online coding assessment. First about 25 minutes with situational questions mostly pertaining to character, ethics, responsibility. Second only 10-15 minutes, with more coding-specific questions about previous experience, certification, education, etc. Very pleasant interviewers both times. From application to offer was roughly a month-long process. Second interview completed about four days after the first. Slow process from that point forward with paperwork, testing, orientation before training actually began. Work is seasonal and so is the big hiring period, so other times of the year have potential to be a much slower process for receiving communication from the company and the interview process.

Applied for position online. Received email requesting interview. Spoke to someone who asked basic questions like "What is your strongest quality?". Then received a called from HR manager to discuss the job requirements and expectations. All of which took about a week to get through.
