I was contacted by email for an initial in-person interview. I scheduled for the next day. When the interviewer arrived on the Zoom call, he greeted me and asked what position I was applying for. Then he said, “Oh, that position has been filled.”

I submitted my resume online and was contacted by an HR representative. They scheduled a time for me to speak with them. The phone interview lasted for about an hour. When the phone interview concluded, the HR representative asked if I would be willing to meet with a company representative that evening in Boise. I agreed to meet. When that meeting was concluded, I was asked to meet with another representative the following week. I was then contacted by HR and an in person interview was scheduled the following week. I spoke with the COO for about an hour. I have not heard back as of this writing.
