I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at bb7 (Madison, WI) in May 2017
Interview
Really thorough in determining both competency & cultural fit. The HR staff also manages a staffing component for this business making them expert in the interview process. I would recommend BB7 for technical staffing needs as this is a core competency for them.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at bb7 (Madison, WI) in June 2018
Interview
After applying for the position online, a technical recruiter gave me a call a few days after. It was just a simple phone interview, asking about my background, skills and experiences, and also checking whether I knew about the job descriptions and what was to be expected if I were to get the position.
