This was a very easy position to apply for and recieve an offer. The interviewer was very kind and this created an atmosphere that was conducive for opening up by work-related background

Question 1
Was war eine schwierige Situation die du im Verkauf erlebt hast und wie hast du sie überwunden?
I applied in person. Very easy process, I was asked basic retail questions and prior experience wasn’t needed. Image based company so important to dress well. There was only one round.
We met, set down and the manager started asking me questions. Just like any other interview. Once she was done she told me she will call me with the decision.

Previous work experience. Why would I like to work for that company. What’s my availability. How many years of experience do I have in sales. If she asked me what the current trend, style or print was, would I be able to answer correctly?
