The initial call with talent acquisition was professional and promising. Unfortunately, everything that followed was quite the opposite. The second interview lacked structure and felt disorganised. I was asked to attend an in-person interview, but after that, complete silence. No feedback, no follow-up — just ghosted.
I was also asked to complete a test on the day, that frankly bore little relevance to the role. There are definitely more effective (and relevant) ways to assess candidates. Overall, a disappointing experience — and one that could have easily been handled with a bit more respect for people’s time.
