Interview
1 month after submitting my application I was invited for a Skype interview (this was in 2020 during covid and I was living outside of the UK). The interview was relatively easy, took about 40 minutes. After some introductory questions I was given some situations and was asked how I would solve them. I was also asked to write 2 emails both in English and in my customer service language. The emails were simple, just had to provide info to customers or ask some information.

The customer is not happy with your solution to their problem, how would you proceed?
Quick call with some behaviuor questions in English and foreing language translation test. You would need a good english level and native foreing language to support market in your native language.
Straightforward interview process for a fairly basic role. Consisted of 3 rounds of interview and a language test. Average difficulty level, good benefits, all conducted remotely. They also offered relocation package.
2 steps interview focused mainly on ability to work under pressure and language proficiency. Short response time since applying and the interview has an average difficulty. Any prior sports and corporate knowledge is beneficial.
