The interview was good and the discussion was optimistic. It lasted half an hour and was detail. Salary negotiation is not possible as it's fixed. Manager was cool and nice.

Direkt am Anfang wurde mich Stressfragen eingeleitet. Danach folgte ein normales Vorstellungsgespräch, bei dem die Abteilungsleitung sich erstmal vorgestellt hat und dann man sich selbst vorstellen konnte. Man konnte viele Fragen stellen, zum Teil hatte ich aber das Gefühlt selbst das Gespräch am laufen halten zu müssen. Das Labor wurde direkt vor Ort gezeigt.
