Interview
Simple, you go through basic questions they have "teams" so you may have more than one after you will take a test and go from there. Nothing to special a basic interview, make sure to ask questions

Interview
The interview process was good. They brought a group of people in who were applying for all kinds of jobs for a game night/testing your skills night and it is not as stressful as they make it seem in the email updates about it. Then when they narrow down the selection of people for the position, they bring you in for an interview. Through out this the company seems fun and like a great place to work. But it was pretty evident from the beginning that they had not really worked out the details on the job I was applying for and that no one really understood fully what was going on with this position. They ended up offering me the position then slowly changed all of the details of the position (pay, benefits, full-time/part-time/contract, etc.)within just a week. I turned down the job because I could not budge on the pay and the hours of the position they offered in the beginning and because this whole process of change really was sketchy and I wasn't okay with it.

Question 1
"What do you want to gain from this position? How can it really help you?"

Interview
utilized games to deduce ones personality and skills in communication, problem solving, as well as many other areas. There were also several mock phone call tests to see how well one can "wing" it. This dynamic approach still offered them the same insight as a more classical interview approach would be, but it was definitely more entertaining this way.
