very easy and people are really nice just had to answer a few questions such as what jobs have i had in the past . what my intentions are and what i hope to active by working here

Apply online, you can do it through seek, indeed or BP website careers. manager will shortlist and ask to come for an interview. It will be on site and you will get an email if you are selected.

Interview
Was very casual. Was invited for coffee outside the store. Was interviewed by the two licensees. They were smoking through out the interview as it was really more of a conversation on getting me trained up. It seemed I already had the job before I had the interview.

There was no typical interview questions. They mainly related to what I had experience in previously and then it was more of a discussion of what BP is like and how the training works.
