First their Talent Engagement lady contacted me on LinkedIn and scheduled a call with Talent Acquisition Specialist, who after initial screening scheduled an interview with VP, interview with him was informal. We talked for about 30 minutes and he said I'll hear from them in few days but they ghosted me. After about two weeks I contacted the initial lady who contacted me on LinkedIn who sent me a generic email that often times difference between the candidates is razor thin. I never heard any feedback about my interview
