The interview process took a long time, but was very thorough and involved. They are really looking for someone who is the right fit. There was a phone interview to start that was more involved than most phone interviews. Takes about 20-30min. Then in-person interview about a month later. Interviewed with four people total, two people at a time. One would ask questions while the other took notes and then they switched. There was also a short logic/math quiz at the beginning of the interview. Questions are pretty common but they are definitely looking for examples from past job experience.

First interview was over the phone with a recruiter from Aetna. The interview consisted of very basic questions. The lady was really nice and ended the interview saying she believed I'll be fit for a job. About 30 minutes later I got a call to schedule the in person interview.
